My review on these boots I bought online wasn't great. I usually shop with this store a lot, but this was my first time trying the online option. The boots didn't fit right at all, and when I wanted to send them back, I was surprised to learn that I needed to provide my own return shipping box. I've never had to do that before, and it really irritated me. Buying shoes online is already risky, so adding this extra annoyance was just uncalled for.

The last time I shopped at this store was awesome. The clothes are super high quality and the styles are on point, trendy but still timeless.
