I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the wines I got in my latest orders. Those Silver Oak Cabernets were something else - and not in a good way. I couldn't even finish a few bottles, ended up dumping them down the drain. It's just frustrating to have such a mix of good and bad wines.

Mia over at Customer Service was amazing! I just needed a new toothbrush head and she took care of it right away. No need for a long story - she was so nice, knew her stuff, and handled everything like a pro. Now that's how you do customer service!
