Incredible live show
The live show was so incredible! As soon as the artist hit the stage, I was totally hooked by their talent and charisma. The vibe in the room was intense, and I felt really lucky to be there. The show was absolutely perfect, and every second felt like pure magic. I walked away feeling inspired and so thankful for the chance to see such an amazing performance.

Necklace purchase
Don't bother ordering from this place, eh. I ordered a necklace but never got it. They just kept giving me excuses about customization and then tried to make up for it with a $25 voucher for next time. Like, why would I want to order from them again after that awful experience? Just a total waste of time and money, honestly.

My water bottle
After only a few months of hand washing, my water bottle is already lookin' all brown and dull. I've sent three emails to their customer support but haven't heard a peep back. If this is how they treat their customers, I ain't buyin' from them again. Stay away from these guys for sure.

Refund delay issue
I just wanted to share that my experience with the customer service team at this company wasn't great. I sent back my product as they asked more than 2 weeks ago, and they said I'd get my money back in 3-5 business days. But it took longer than that and I still hadn't seen the refund. I tried to reach out to customer support several times, but didn't hear anything back. It was really frustrating not knowing what was going on with my refund. Eventually, after a few reminders, they did process my refund, but the lack of communication and delay definitely bugged me.

Easter bouquet with a mix of white and red flowers
The Easter bouquet I ordered had a mix of white and red flowers, even though I asked for "all white." However, the arrangement was still full, fresh, and absolutely gorgeous. In the last few months, I've sent many bouquets to Thessaloniki, and every time, the recipients have been amazed by how beautiful the bouquets are. The quality of the flowers, the creativity in the arrangements, and the overall presentation always impress. I really value the care and effort put into each bouquet. Luna Smart Play 2 purchase
I just got the Luna Smart Play 2 and had a problem with the battery right out of the box. Even though it wasn't covered by the warranty, I contacted customer service for help. Olivia got back to me quickly and was super helpful, asking for photos and my receipt to figure out a fix. She was really attentive and made everything easy. I'm really impressed with how well Olivia and the company took care of me.

I had a really bad experience ordering online. It was my second time ordering in the last six months and both times were a letdown. Returning items was a total nightmare, tons of problems, and it seemed like they were trying to make it hard on purpose. Would not recommend at all!
