Luna 3 Plus purchase
Oh my goodness, my Luna 3 Plus ended up breaking, but when I reached out to customer service, Marko totally came through! He was super fast, gave clear instructions, and was really helpful with getting my warranty claim sorted out. In just a few days, I had a brand new Luna 3 Plus on its way to me. Marko was like a real superhero! The way he handled everything was just incredible. Foreo is definitely my top choice for skincare tech now! Sorry, Owlet, but there's definitely a thing or two you could learn from Foreo!
Peach 2go bundle
I just wanted to share about my great experience with the customer service team. I had a problem with a promo code for a discount on my order. Olivia was super helpful and worked really hard to fix the issue quickly. Thanks to her, I can't wait to get my Peach 2go bundle. I'm really impressed with how professional and efficient the customer service team is at this company.
Double charged online order
My recent online order from your website ended up charging me twice on my PayPal account and sending me two of the same devices in the mail. When I contacted customer service, Arya helped me right away. He was really friendly and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. I really liked how quick he was to respond to my emails and address my concerns. Arya gave me clear instructions on how to return the extra device and even gave me a free shipping label. In the end, I got a full refund for the extra item. I'm really happy with my purchase and the amazing customer service I received from Arya.
Didn't heat up
I had this neat thing that was supposed to heat up, but it ended up not working at all. So I reached out to this girl named Marija, and she tried to help me fix it, but unfortunately, nothing seemed to work. Marija was super nice though, and she helped me figure out how to get a new one through the warranty. Now I'm just playing the waiting game for my replacement to arrive. All in all, not the greatest experience with the product, but the customer service was top-notch!
Replacement device, excellent customer service
I had to reach out to customer service about a problem I had with my recent purchase, and let me tell you, the service was amazing. The person I talked to was really nice, friendly, and addressed my concerns right away. I was really impressed with how Foreo takes care of their products and deals with any customer problems quickly. In just two days, I had a new product on its way to me. Dealing with customer service was great, and I'm grateful for the awesome help from the representative.
Broken UFO device
My UFO contraption conked out on me, eh? The heating and cooling functions just up and quit, right out of the blue. I was pretty disappointed because I really enjoyed having it for my skincare routine. But, guess what? I reached out to Customer Care and Petra was an absolute gem, eh? She was so friendly and helpful while guiding me through the warranty claim process. Everything went off without a hitch and now I've got my UFO contraption up and running again, eh? Yay!

The customer service team, especially Pamela, was so quick in approving my warranty claim. In just 48 hours, they sorted everything out and I got my new item in less than 2 weeks. I'm really happy with how it all went down.
My Luna 3 broke
My Luna 3 stopped working and I was so disappointed. But when I reached out to customer service, they were really helpful! Nihad assisted me with my claim and it was all sorted out quickly. I was really impressed with the service, thanks Foreo!
Toothbrush purchase
I gotta tell ya, me and my partner have been using this one toothbrush and it's been amazing for our teeth! Especially for my partner - her dentist even noticed how much better her gums and teeth were looking. So, she told me about the brand and I decided to give it a try. I have super sensitive gums, so I need a soft bristle brush, and let me tell you, the one I got from this company has really made a difference for me. Plus, when I had a problem with it, the warranty service was so good - they didn't even make me send back the broken one. Overall, dealing with this company has been fantastic and I'm one happy customer.
