I got this really awesome partition software a little while back, but when I went to use it on my computer, it didn't work because of some license issue. I was so disappointed 😔 But then I sent an email to their support team and you know what? They actually responded on a SUNDAY! Who works on a Sunday? Anyway, they helped me solve the license problem and I was able to use the software without any problems. I managed to increase the size of my recovery partition on my computer and do a huge Windows update really quickly. Thank you support team! 😄

Slow shipping, poor craftsmanship
My experience with this company was pretty disappointing overall. It took way too long for my order to be shipped - like over a month! I even had to contact customer service to ask what was up. They put me on some "priority" list to speed things up a bit, but still. And when my order finally arrived, one of the pieces was all messed up. I had to contact customer service again for a replacement, which took forever for them to get back to me. The product itself is okay, but honestly, it wasn't worth all the trouble I went through just to get it. Dealing with Coco Village was a frustrating experience, so I won't be buying from them again.

Windows 10 Pro key purchase
I decided to buy a key from this site because my original Windows 10 got deactivated when I upgraded my motherboard and CPU. I did a bunch of research on the site and why the prices were so low, and I discovered that the key was totally legit. I double-checked the key using Microsoft PID checker and Command Prompt with different codes, and everything showed that the key was real and properly activated. I did notice that they don't really show the links for Windows OS sales on the site, which made me hesitant at first, but I was happy to find out that they accept PayPal. The whole payment process was easy and quick, and I got the key within seconds of confirming my payment. Turns out, PayPal was the fastest way to pay.
