Backpack purchase and return process
So, I bought a backpack online for $160, but ended up needing to return it the next day for a different one. Let me tell you, the return process was a total headache. First off, I had to fork out even more money for shipping the backpack back, and then it got delayed. When I reached out to customer service about the return, they told me I'd have to pay for shipping all over again. Plus, if they didn't get it back in a few days, I'd only get store credit. When I tried to return it in person, I only got store credit - no refund on the tax I shelled out. Total bummer.

Cosmetic second biners
I was a bit unsure about buying from this company at first after seeing some bad reviews online, but my experience turned out to be pretty good. I bought a few cosmetic second biners, and unfortunately, FedEx messed up the delivery multiple times, even saying it was delivered when it wasn't. But the customer service team was really on the ball and quickly sent out a new package, even speeding up the delivery. I was impressed by how efficient and willing they were to fix things. Even with the little hiccup at the start, I'll definitely think about coming back here for any gear I need in the future.

Tricky handling, but happy ending
The website experience was pretty good overall. I got the product key I bought in the end. But, dealing with the agreements after buying was a bit of a hassle. I had trouble saving my info. After trying a bunch of times, I finally got the product key. Even though it was tough at first, everything worked out okay in the end.
