When I buy domains, I like to chat with a live person instead of using online help. GoDaddy's customer service won me over and convinced me to choose them over another platform. So, I went ahead and placed an order on the Sportsman's Guide website back in December '23 for an item that said it was out of stock, thinking it would only be a couple of weeks before it was available. Along with that, I decided to add a 3-month membership at a discounted price and used a $10 coupon that I got from signing up through email. Unfortunately, I ran into some trouble because my membership didn't show up on my account like it was supposed to.

Then, in January, I got an email saying my item was still on backorder with a new shipping date estimated. I must have missed another email warning me that my order would be canceled if I didn't take action in time, which ended up happening. To top it off, my membership was set to automatically renew for $59.99 without my knowledge.
