    Heated clothing, exchange for larger size

    I recently got some heated clothes from this company and had to exchange them for a bigger size. The folks in customer service were super helpful and made the exchange easy peasy. I was really impressed with how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy. The heated clothes are top quality and I'm really happy with my buy. The shipping was also crazy fast, way faster than I expected. I'd totally suggest this company to anyone looking for heated clothes.

    Free beginner embroidery and block printing courses

    I just gotta say, I signed up for those free beginner embroidery and block printing courses on the platform, eh? And let me tell ya, I was blown away by how awesome they were! Kat McTee and Jen Hewitt really knew their stuff and made sure to explain everything in a way that us beginners could understand. The courses were well-organized and full of handy tips. I loved how engaging and easy to follow the content was, and I'm so grateful for the chance to pick up some new skills in such a fun and accessible way. Now, thanks to Kat and Jen, I'm feeling pretty confident about using what I learned in my own art projects and creations, eh.

    Overpriced masks that do not stay in place

    Just like everyone else, I got sucked in by their flashy ads and thought I should order a bunch of masks, assuming they'd be top-notch. Well, I couldn't have been more off the mark! These masks are a nightmare - they keep slipping off every time I try to talk. And to top it off, they're crazily expensive! I tried to get in touch with customer service to see about a refund or exchange, but they didn't want to lend a hand at all. What a complete waste of my hard-earned cash and time. No way am I shopping with them again.

    Elastic waistband quality

    I've been a long-time customer of this company for over 3 decades now, and it's kind of disappointing to see the quality of their products going downhill. I recently bought a pair of sweatpants and I couldn't help but notice that the elastic waistband was really poor compared to the ones I got before the company got sold. It's pretty obvious that they're trying to save money by using cheaper materials. The previous sweatpants I bought were top-notch and lasted for years, but the latest one just doesn't measure up. As someone who's been loyal to this company, this drop in quality just doesn't sit right with me, so I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

    When I buy domains, I like to chat with a live person instead of using online help. GoDaddy's customer service won me over and convinced me to choose them over another platform. Talking to someone who knows their stuff made everything easier and more reassuring. I definitely suggest their service for anyone wanting to buy a domain.

    So, I went ahead and placed an order on the Sportsman's Guide website back in December '23 for an item that said it was out of stock, thinking it would only be a couple of weeks before it was available. Along with that, I decided to add a 3-month membership at a discounted price and used a $10 coupon that I got from signing up through email. Unfortunately, I ran into some trouble because my membership didn't show up on my account like it was supposed to.

    Then, in January, I got an email saying my item was still on backorder with a new shipping date estimated. I must have missed another email warning me that my order would be canceled if I didn't take action in time, which ended up happening. To top it off, my membership was set to automatically renew for $59.99 without my knowledge.

    I contacted customer service about the mess, and they told me my order was canceled without letting me know, so I had to start the whole process over again. They weren't willing to extend my membership to cover the lost months, but instead offered me a $10 coupon that I still haven't gotten my hands on.

    I just bought a ski jacket from this store and I gotta say, it made a huge difference. The staff was super friendly and really knew their stuff, they helped me find everything I needed for my skiing trips. The gear they had was top of the line, and the quality of the products is unbeatable. Their customer service is amazing, they really go out of their way to make sure you're happy. And the best part is, they offer free shipping on orders over $49.00. I'll definitely be returning here for all my snowsport gear.
