Lost shoes, poor service
I ordered some shoes and they ended up getting lost somewhere on the way. I got in touch with customer service and it felt like I was talking to a bunch of clueless folks. I just want my money back, but now they're telling me I have to send the shoes back first. Can you believe that? 🥴
