Sorry to say, but my experience with my order delivery was really bad. I bought some sleeping bags for my daughter, and it's been two weeks now and still no sign of them. When I tried to reach out to customer service, they said the order was already delivered. However, when I asked for proof of delivery, they had nothing to show. This lack of honesty and responsibility is not okay, so now I have to ask for my money back.

I ordered a Cashmere Rose children's sweater from the company, but they sent me a black one instead. I tried to explain the mistake, but they said they are sure they sent the right item. I returned the sweater, got a refund, but they still charged for shipping. It was a frustrating experience and not what I expected at all.
