The eye shadow palette I got from Ciaté London was amazing! The colors were so rich and vibrant, and they lasted all day without smudging. The packaging was also really nice and easy to carry around. I was super impressed with the quality and I definitely want to try more of their makeup products in the future.

I ordered something online, but it never showed up. I kept waiting and waiting, but it never arrived. So I emailed them to ask what happened, and they took forever to get back to me. They said the shipment got canceled and sent back to the sender for some reason. And now I'm still waiting for my money back! This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience!
