I've gotta say, returning something and getting a refund was a big headache. The online chat was no help at all, kept me waiting forever just to say they couldn't fix my problem right then and would email me later. But guess what? Still no email about my refund! On the bright side, another brand's customer service was way better. They were quick and on the ball with all my questions and refunds.
