Online shopping experience
My experience with this online retailer was really disappointing, eh. The website was all over the place, and the stuff I got didn't look anything like the pictures or descriptions. It was obvious that they were cheap imitations of the real deal. On top of that, trying to return things was a headache - their policies were confusing and seemed like they were set up to make it hard for customers to get their money back.

Keyboard and mouse purchase
Had a really bad experience with customer service. I ordered a keyboard and mouse thinking I'd get a free stand with it, but didn't see it in my confirmation email. When I reached out to them, they told me I added the items to my basket wrong and needed to place a new order. They promised to cancel the first order, but they didn't follow through. Ended up getting both items and getting charged twice. Took a lot of back and forth emails to finally get return labels, and even though they got the stuff back over two weeks ago, I still haven't gotten my money back. And to make matters worse, the keyboard stopped working after only 3 days. Been dealing with the tech team for almost a week now, getting the same troubleshooting steps in repetitive emails.

Preordered dress return
I bought a dress online a while back, but it didn't fit right, so I sent it back right away. The customer service team said I'd get a refund, but it's been over a week and still no sign of it in my account. I've already reached out to them three times, but no luck. Other fancy brands like Dior, Gucci, and MyTheresa have no problem giving refunds quickly, so I'm a bit annoyed with this retailer's slow response.

GRE prep program
I wasn't sure about trying an online platform for GRE prep at first, but I heard good things about this program so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was actually pretty amazed by all the resources they had, like video lessons and practice questions. It was easy to find my way around, and I liked being able to see how I was doing and focus on my weak spots. After studying hard with Magoosh for three months, my GRE scores went up a lot, especially in verbal and quant. I'd definitely suggest this program to anyone who wants to improve their scores without spending a ton of money.
