Refrigerator Lid
I recently bought a lid for my fridge from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down. The lid showed up all messed up, and when I tried to get a refund or a replacement, it felt like pulling teeth with this company. They seem to be doing everything they can to dodge owning up to their mistakes. Now I'm stuck with a busted lid and a fridge that's out of commission for who knows how long. Other companies like Anaconda were way more helpful and willing to find solutions, unlike these stubborn folks. The pros that checked out the lid even said the issue goes deeper than just the lid, but Dometic still won't budge. Dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about keeping customers happy or delivering quality stuff is a major headache.

Delayed order
I recently ordered a pair of boots from your online store and it's been almost a month now with no sign of my purchase. It's pretty frustrating to wait this long with no updates or communication about the delay. I tried reaching out to customer service a week ago but haven't heard back yet. Not having a phone number to call or any tracking info to check on my order just makes it even more annoying. I'm starting to wonder if my boots have even been shipped out. It's disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially since I've bought and enjoyed your products before. I really hope for better service and communication from a reputable company like yours.

Live evaluations and master classes
Eh, the teacher and syllabus are top-notch, no doubt aboot it! But, me thinks it could use more emphasis on assessments and extra classes for us regular students. It would be really helpful to have a couple of in-person evaluation sessions, eh? Particularly for my little 4th grader. Evaluations are key at this age to really gauge how the wee one is doing, eh?

I really liked the parenting classes on that website. They were super helpful and covered everything in a really clear way. It was great for me as a new parent to be able to easily follow along and understand everything. It made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing I had access to such useful information.
