Oh my goodness, I ordered this really cute top online and they sent it to the wrong address! Can you believe that? And now they're saying they can't fix it! What am I supposed to do now? I'm so bummed, I really wanted that top and now I'm out $38! Ugh, this is so annoying.

I just bought a Christmas gift set from Molton Brown, which was supposed to have a bottle of shower gel and lotion in a gift box for a present. Even though I tried to explain why that didn't make sense, the representative still insisted on sending it late. As an apology, they offered to send me a sample pack instead of the gift box. Today, I got the sample pack, which had 3 small bottles of shower gel and a note that just said 'enjoy'. This gesture didn't really make up for the mistake and felt more like an afterthought than a real effort to fix things. In the end, I was let down by the poor customer service and how they handled the situation.

I just made a purchase online using PayPal, and when I tried to return an item in-store, they said I had to do it online instead. Can you believe they also wanted to charge me $5 to return a $17 item? It's crazy. I'm not shopping with them online anymore, that's for sure.

It's super easy to get replacement parts from them. I needed some stuff for my chair and they sent it really fast. I've had to do it twice now for both my chairs, but both times went really smoothly. Their customer service is so helpful, they always fix any problems right away.

As a customer, I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with the gift card policy. I got a gift card for my wedding from the store, and it clearly said it never expires. But when I went to use the credit at the checkout, I was told it had expired.
