Oh man, I went to Home Hardware today to use a gift card but they told me their system was too new to handle it. Can you believe that? Last time I tried to use a Visa gift card there, they couldn't figure it out either. It's so annoying, I don't think I'll be going back to the store in Smiths Falls or any Home Hardware for that matter.

The customer service at the store was just amazing, eh! The folks at this place really know how to make you feel special and important, eh. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and treated like a VIP the whole time I was shopping. Malika, Alana, Bhargavit, and Tiffany really went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They were so friendly, super knowledgeable, and made sure I was totally happy before I left. It's not every day you come across such top-notch service, so I just wanna give a big thank you to the staff at this store for being so awesome, eh. Keep up the great work, you guys!
