I ordered a dress online on December 4th and expected to get it within 3-5 business days. But by December 18th, I hadn't heard anything about my order, so I contacted customer service. Their reply was not very helpful, just said my order was shipped on December 6th and that I would get another notification if I selected Ship to Store. When I asked again on December 22nd, still no idea where my order was, they just offered a refund. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially so close to Christmas. Luckily, the folks at the STC and square one stores helped me find what I needed, even if I had to make a 2-hour round trip to pick it up.

This gimbal stabilizer is seriously awesome, eh! It makes my videos look way more polished and professional, you know? The setup was a breeze, eh, and the app that comes with it has a bunch of neat features. I'm so stoked that I can use my phone to control the gimbal from afar. The battery life is top-notch, lasts forever before needing a recharge, eh. Overall, I'm super thrilled with my purchase and would totally recommend it to anyone wanting to step up their video skills, eh.
