Unresponsive customer service, undelivered items
I had a really bad experience with their customer service. They didn't respond to my questions until I told them I would leave a bad review. On top of that, I ordered stuff that never showed up. It made me think this company can't be trusted. I highly recommend not buying anything from them.

Desktop organization app
I was so disappointed with that desktop organization app, eh. It said it would help me keep all my stuff organized, but it didn't work that great. The layout was confusing, and it was hard to find what I needed. Plus, the customer service was basically useless. I tried to get help with a problem, but I got no response. Do yourself a favor and find a different app to keep things in order, eh.

Chat customer service experience
I was always a bit unsure about using chat for customer service, but my recent experience really turned things around for me. I've never liked not being able to talk to a real person on the phone, but the chat service I got was quick, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I usually don't trust chat bots, but this time it felt like there was a real person on the other end, and that made a huge difference. The rep answered all my questions right away and didn't make me repeat the troubleshooting steps I'd already tried. Overall, it was a fantastic chat experience that totally blew me away.

Lighted Reindeer Family
I got this light-up reindeer decoration for Christmas and it's really neat, but there's so much glitter falling off and the dad keeps tipping over. I need to find longer stakes or something to keep him standing up!

Cool clothes, tons of colors
Suzy's styles are amazing, eh? I've been shopping there forever and I'm obsessed with all the different colors they have. So much better than boring stores like H&M, you know? Suzy is all about that girly and trendy vibe, and I'm totally here for it! Plus, their online service is top-notch and the folks in the store are super friendly. Big shoutout to Leah at the Brentwood shopping center in Burnaby, BC - she's the absolute greatest! Thanks Suzy for helping me look fab without breaking the bank, eh!

Handbag return issue
I had a rough time with a handbag return at the store recently. The customer service was not helpful at all. The staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and weren't very professional, which made things a lot more complicated. I had problems with the return process, like them saying the product was damaged by me even though I returned it in perfect shape. It was also hard to get a refund, I had to make a bunch of calls and show proof. Overall, it was super frustrating and I'd suggest being careful when dealing with this store in the future.

Thick material sweatshirts
My partner and I just bought two sweatshirts from this shop and we are so happy with them! The fabric is nice and thick, keeping us cozy on cold days, and the sizes fit us perfectly - I take a large and my partner takes an X-large. The sweatshirts are really well-made and we're already thinking about getting more soon. We're super pleased with our purchase and would definitely suggest this store to anyone in search of top-notch clothing.
