I was so disappointed with my visit to this store, eh. First off, they didn't have the colour of the sweater I wanted, which was such a bummer! And on top of that, even though they said it was in stock and I picked standard shipping, they told me it wouldn't get here for almost 2 weeks. That's just not right, eh? It shows they're not on the ball. I don't think I'll be coming back here, that's for sure.

Hey, so I gotta say, I gave these hair care products a shot and man, they made a huge difference! The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling super clean and moisturized without any harsh stuff in them. The treatments really helped to strengthen and nourish my hair, and the styling products gave me the perfect definition and hold. I totally noticed a change in how healthy and easy to manage my hair was after using these products. And it's even better knowing that they're made with natural ingredients - definitely makes me feel good about using them.

I just bought the pink clay mask and I have to say, I was really let down by it. They say you only need a little bit, but I felt like I barely got any for what I paid. The mask itself was thick and not easy to spread evenly, and the smell was honestly gross. It even made my skin sting when I put it on. My skin did feel less oily afterwards, but I definitely won't be buying this again. Honestly, I think these products are too expensive for what you get.

I got this light-up reindeer decoration for Christmas and it's really neat, but there's so much glitter falling off and the dad keeps tipping over. I need to find longer stakes or something to keep him standing up!

But it didn't meet my expectations from what I had seen in their ads online. I think maybe I got an old bottle, but since it didn't have an expiry date, I couldn't be sure. After this whole thing, I've decided I won't buy anything from this company again.

I had a rough time with a handbag return at the store recently. The customer service was not helpful at all. The staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and weren't very professional, which made things a lot more complicated. I had problems with the return process, like them saying the product was damaged by me even though I returned it in perfect shape. It was also hard to get a refund, I had to make a bunch of calls and show proof. Overall, it was super frustrating and I'd suggest being careful when dealing with this store in the future.

The fabric is nice and thick, keeping us cozy on cold days, and the sizes fit us perfectly - I take a large and my partner takes an X-large. The sweatshirts are really well-made and we're already thinking about getting more soon.
