    My purchases were all small sizes and varied. One was too small and one was slightly big, but I found one that fits just right.

    Yeah, so all the sizes were all messed up! One was way too small, another was too big, and I'm pretty sure one was practically falling apart. But hey, I did manage to find two tops that fit alright.

    Incorrectly charged and no refund given

    I had a crappy time at this store cause they charged me wrong for my stuff and when I told them, they said I wouldn't get my money back. It sucked dealing with a situation where it was their mistake but they didn't want to fix it by giving me a refund. They just said I could pick something else instead, which wasn't what I wanted. The way they handled it showed they didn't know how to deal with these types of things properly and made shopping there a pain.

    Bathing suit and clothing items

    This place is honestly the worst when it comes to their return policy. It's so frustrating that they don't give any refunds, like who does that? And to top it off, they won't even let you exchange things like bathing suits that are brand new, so unfair. It feels like they just want to keep your money and not care about the customers. Their no-trying-on rule is just ridiculous, how are we supposed to know if something will fit without trying it on? The staff there were so rude and unhelpful, they had no patience and bad attitudes. I'm definitely not going back to shop there again, that's for sure.

    Small boots, expensive return

    I bought two pairs of boots online from this store, eh, recently and they didn't fit me right, you know. When I tried to send them back, I found out I had to pay $15 for the shipping, eh, for the return. That basically meant I was losing half the value of the boots, eh. It was pretty frustrating because most other online fashion stores I've shopped at offer free returns, you know. It was a pricey lesson to learn, and I'll definitely think twice before ordering from this store again, eh.

    High rise jeans

    I recently bought a pair of high rise jeans from this online store, expecting the same great quality I've found at Charlotte Russe in person. But the material turned out to be cheap and fake, nothing like the real thing. Plus, when I tried to return them like I was told to, I never got my money back. The customer service was terrible, accusing me of lying! I won't ever spend my money there again. It's a scam, and I hope they shut down for good.

    Jeans, Poor Fit

    I was really disappointed with the quality of the jeans I bought. They fit weird and made it look like I had male parts, plus the crotch bunched up and looked terrible. Then the back tag came off, but the rest of the tags were fine. When I tried to return them, they wouldn't take them back. I guess you get what you pay for, but I won't be shopping there again.

    Jacket purchase

    I had a really bad experience with this store recently. I bought a jacket online, and it took forever to get here - more than a month! When it finally arrived, I was so surprised because it looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures online showed a fancy wool jacket with pretty details, but what I got was made of cheap, kid's Halloween costume material. I reached out to customer service right away to tell them how disappointed I was and that they were falsely advertising their products. They told me I had to send it back to China, but that would have cost almost half of what I paid for the jacket! I wasn't going to pay for the mistake they made, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and luckily got a refund. I suggest avoiding this store if you want to save yourself the trouble I went through.

    Clothing purchase, $70

    I spent 70 bucks on clothes but couldn't try them on 'cause of covid. Then when I got home, nothin' fit right. The sizes were all wonky - XL felt more like an XS. Makes me mad that the store only does merchandise credit or exchange, not cash back. I feel ripped off and super frustrated about losin' 70 bucks.

    Online order return policy

    The new online return system is just terrible, eh? So, I bought some stuff online and had to return it in the store, but now they don't take online returns in-store anymore. I had to mail the items back to the warehouse. Can you believe that? And then, to top it off, I only got a refund for two items out of the three I sent back. When I called customer service, they told me they took off a $6.95 restocking fee from my refund, and it's non-refundable. The whole system is just a mess. It's even worse than the old one, if you can imagine. I'm worried this new system is gonna drive the company to bankruptcy soon. It's just crazy, eh?

    Accidental online purchase

    So, I was shopping online and then I accidentally bought something with Apple Pay. Right away, I knew I messed up and I tried to get in touch with customer service to cancel or fix the shipping address. But guess what? Within a day, they told me the order was already sent out and they couldn't do anything about it. That's just ridiculous and so unprofessional! I am really let down by the service from this company. Hopefully, they close down soon. If I could, I'd give them negative stars for their awful customer service!

    So, I went to this store recently, thinking I could find some cool stuff to add to my wardrobe. But man, as soon as I walked in, I was let down. They hardly had anything in stock, and the choices were few. It looked like they hadn't gotten any new stuff in ages. And then, to top it off, when I wanted to return something that didn't fit right, they said no returns allowed. Can you believe that? Their service was just awful. Honestly, the whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth. It's obvious this store is struggling to keep up, and I definitely won't be coming back to shop here.

    I bought some clothes online and things were going well until I got an email saying the stuff I ordered was out of stock. I already got confirmation and the money was taken from my account, so I was really bummed out that I won't be getting the items I was excited for.
