Language Learning App Review
I just started using this app to learn Farsi (Persian). It's been about three weeks now, and I've noticed a few things that I think could be improved. First off, sometimes the app says prepositions out loud in sentences but doesn't actually write them down, which can be confusing. Also, when I have to write a word using Arabic letters, the letters show up individually instead of being connected like they should be when writing by hand. Lastly, the speaking exercises have been tough for me, and I'm not sure if it's the app or my laptop microphone causing the difficulty. I seem to get lower scores even though I'm trying my best to pronounce things correctly.

Cycling clothing purchase
I picked up some biking gear from this company and I have to say, I'm super impressed with how good it looks and how well it's made. The clothes aren't just good for biking, they also look cool for everyday wear. It's awesome that they thought about making clothes that can go from biking to hanging out with friends without a hitch. The jerseys are comfy and breathable, the shorts are tough and stylish, and the accessories are useful and well-made. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Jacket purchase
I had a really bad experience with this store recently. I bought a jacket online, and it took forever to get here - more than a month! When it finally arrived, I was so surprised because it looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures online showed a fancy wool jacket with pretty details, but what I got was made of cheap, kid's Halloween costume material. I reached out to customer service right away to tell them how disappointed I was and that they were falsely advertising their products. They told me I had to send it back to China, but that would have cost almost half of what I paid for the jacket! I wasn't going to pay for the mistake they made, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and luckily got a refund. I suggest avoiding this store if you want to save yourself the trouble I went through.

Online purchase of pants for husband
So, I bought my husband some pants online but they didn't fit him right when they arrived. He's got skinny legs, so finding the right size is always a bit of a struggle. We sent the pants back, but got hit with a surprise charge for the return. When we ordered a smaller size, they ended up being too tight around his waist. Then, we tried to exchange for a bigger size, but were told we could only make a return and get a gift card after they deducted some amount. This whole process has left us feeling really frustrated and unhappy. We lost 20% of what we originally paid for the pants because of this exchange mess. We're down in Central Florida, so we can't make it to a physical store to try on different sizes, which just adds to our annoyance.
