I just bought an EMP protection device from this company and I'm really happy with how well it works. It was easy to install and gives me peace of mind to know my electronics are safe from big EMP events. The customer service team was super helpful in guiding me through my purchase and answering all my questions. I definitely suggest this company if you want to keep your electronics protected.

So, I went to the mall the other day and had the worst time at this one store. The manager there was super rude and had a really bad attitude when I just asked a question. She didn't even answer me properly and then started yelling at me out of nowhere. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills she was. It really left me feeling upset, and I'm definitely not going back to that store again. Just terrible.
