Balcony garden kit
I was totally pumped to give that balcony garden kit a shot, but man, did I hit a few bumps in the road. The rosemary, arugula, and lettuce seeds just refused to do their thing, no matter how closely I followed the instructions. It was a total bummer and had me thinking maybe growing my own herbs and veggies wasn't meant to be.
But then, the customer service team swooped in and saved the day! They were super helpful and pointed me towards plants that could handle the scorching hot 31°C temperature on my balcony. To top it off, they even hooked me up with some chili pepper and cherry tomato seeds to give it another go. That was a pretty sweet move, if you ask me.Indoor garden purchase

The Smart garden 27 has been amazing for us in growing our own herbs and veggies at home. We've had it for more than a year now and it's been even better than we expected. Setting it up was easy, and it's simple to take care of. Our kids really enjoy helping out with planting, seeing everything grow, and picking the fresh herbs and veggies. It's turned into a fun and educational thing for the whole family. We love growing lettuce, basil, cherry tomatoes, and strawberries the most, and having fresh ingredients right there whenever we need them is just fantastic.
Click and Grow system, pods in 3 packs and 9 packs
At first, I was really happy with the Click and Grow system. I bought the pods in 3 packs and they worked well. So, I thought I would save some money and switch to the 9 packs. But, I was let down when the first two chive pods didn't grow. Now I'm waiting to see if the third one will grow, but if not, I might have to try something else. The success I had initially made me optimistic, but the chive pods failing has been a bummer. I was so excited to have fresh chives at home, so I'm really hoping that the third pod will do well.

Bought pods online
I came across this awesome deal on pods online and I was so pumped! I ended up ordering a variety like herbs, tomatoes, and all that good stuff. But you know what? When they finally arrived, only about half of them actually sprouted. The rest either had no seeds or dead seeds. It was such a letdown, man. I doubt I'll ever order from this company again. Who wants to deal with returning crappy pods and waiting for replacements anyways? Definitely not me!
Highly disappointed purchase
I bought this thing for my girlfriend as a present, and let me tell you, it was way too pricey for what it is. The light on it needs a ton of power, like 16 hours worth, and it's so bright that it makes my living room feel like an icy hospital room. Plus, the thing feels really cheap because it's made of plastic, and the little plant pods you need to buy separately cost an arm and a leg for what you get. They're super small, so the plant roots can't grow properly and my rosemary pods got all moldy without even growing a leaf. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product – it's just not worth it with the lousy quality and bad customer service.

Oh man, this thing is awesome! The customer service was amazing, they hooked me up with a new pod when my plant didn't grow and even threw in a little extra. Digging the green vibes! The only bummer is that the lights are crazy bright, so we have to stash it in the basement at night.

I was really looking forward to giving that mystery box promo a shot after getting an email about it. I've had success growing basil, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce with your products before, so I had high expectations for what I would get in the mystery box. But when I finally opened it up, I was kind of let down to see herbs that I had never even heard of before. I was hoping for more common stuff like rosemary, basil, mint, or oregano. The items I got seemed like they weren't as well-known and popular. It would have been nice to have at least one herb that I recognized in there.
Just got this plant thing
I got this plant and it's a total disaster. Like, seriously, their whole setup is messed up. They should've made it easier for customers to plant seeds instead of selling these pod things that don't even work half the time. I tried using 4 pods and none of them grew a bit after three weeks, even with bright light all the time. It's like they don't even care about their customers or the plants. They better fix things or they're gonna go under for sure.
