I bought one of your indoor gardens not long ago, but I've been having a rough time with it. I did everything the instructions said to do, but nothing is growing in it. And to make matters worse, I've noticed mold and a really bad smell coming from it. When I contacted customer support about it, they weren't very helpful and didn't solve the problem.

I'm really impressed with the smart indoor garden kit I got from this company. The product is top-notch, and I love how they're all about sustainability and innovation. The customer service after the sale was amazing, they helped me out with any questions I had right away. I would definitely suggest their products to anyone who wants an easy and effective way to grow herbs and veggies at home.

I was totally pumped to give that balcony garden kit a shot, but man, did I hit a few bumps in the road. The rosemary, arugula, and lettuce seeds just refused to do their thing, no matter how closely I followed the instructions. It was a total bummer and had me thinking maybe growing my own herbs and veggies wasn't meant to be.

But then, the customer service team swooped in and saved the day! They were super helpful and pointed me towards plants that could handle the scorching hot 31°C temperature on my balcony. To top it off, they even hooked me up with some chili pepper and cherry tomato seeds to give it another go. That was a pretty sweet move, if you ask me.

So I bought three of those smart gardens 'cause I thought it would be neat to grow some plants inside. But when I signed up for the plant pod subscription, none of the plants grew! Like, what's even the point of having a smart garden if it's not working, right? So I reached out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. Such a letdown!

Oh man, this thing is awesome! The customer service was amazing, they hooked me up with a new pod when my plant didn't grow and even threw in a little extra. Digging the green vibes! The only bummer is that the lights are crazy bright, so we have to stash it in the basement at night.

To be honest, I was kind of let down by my Smart Garden buy. Most of the plants turned out okay, six out of nine actually grew well, but the Apple Mint didn't even sprout. It was a bummer since I was hoping for all the plants to thrive. But I did like how the customer service team got back to me quickly after I mentioned the Apple Mint problem. It made me feel good that they care about what their customers think and are ready to deal with any issues that come up.

I recently got myself a smart garden and I absolutely adore it! It's really user-friendly and makes me feel like I know what I'm doing in the garden. So far, I haven't encountered any problems with it and the plant pods are thriving. But last night, the light started acting weird so I contacted them and they're sending me a replacement. They're so fast and supportive. Their customer service is top-notch and they keep me updated throughout the process. Honestly, best company ever!

I ordered some seeds, but they just didn't want to grow. Maybe I messed up, who knows? Anyways, I reached out to the company, and they were so nice to me! They let me choose some more plants for free, like a 3-pack, and even sent me another surprise 3-pack! Isn't that cool?
