I got charged twice on my credit card for my stay and had to reach out to customer service through email and chat. It was really frustrating dealing with Agoda to get a refund. I had to explain my problem over and over to different agents and still didn't get it sorted out after a week.

I had such a hard time finding the instructions for designing on the website. It really shouldn't have taken me all day to figure it out. I was interested because of a promotion, but man, navigating that site was so frustrating.

I just bought a new phone from this company and I gotta say, their customer service was amazing. The guy I talked to, let's call him Ron, was super patient with me. I took my time deciding on things and he never pushed me or made me feel rushed. Ron really listened to what I wanted and took the time to explain all the options available. I could tell he actually cared about helping me find the perfect phone. I'm grateful for his chill and understanding approach the whole time.

I bought some brake pads that were supposed to be top-notch and durable, but turns out they didn't last very long. They only worked for a few months before I had to replace them. The price was alright, but the quality was a letdown. Ordering was easy, but the delivery took longer than I thought. The customer service folks were helpful in sorting things out, but I probably wouldn't suggest getting these brake pads.

I just bought a pair of green wide leg pants from this store, thinking they would be a key piece in my wardrobe. But, after washing them once following the care label, the color faded a lot and white crease marks appeared all over the front and back. I paid a pretty penny for them, so I was expecting way better quality and durability. It sucks to see something I had such high hopes for fall apart like that.
