Recent clothing purchase
I just bought a bunch of clothes from this store and they arrived real quick. The quality of the clothes was even better than I expected and they actually fit me right. That's a pretty rare thing for me, I usually have a hard time finding clothes that fit well. The stuff I got seems really durable and the prices were good too, so I'm happy with my purchase.
Pink shirt, jeans, and hoodie
Hey, so I recently picked up a pink shirt, jeans, and a hoodie from Threadbare. The service was decent overall, but I wasn't really feeling their math skills. Plus, some of the clothes weren't the best quality - you know what I mean? Out of the 7 items I bought, I'll probably only end up wearing 2, which is a bit disappointing. The rest is definitely going into the donation bin!
Purchased a few trendy items
I can't believe this store! I thought I was smart getting some cute stuff, but I should have checked first. My order came with missing items and damaged goods, and their customer service is terrible. It's taking forever to get updates on my missing items, and I feel like they're not helping at all. They're great at social media advertising, but what's the use if they can't get orders right? I'm really disappointed and frustrated.
New Blazer purchase
I bought a new blazer and it came really fast and fits me perfectly! The price was awesome, especially with Black Friday discounts. I might get it in other colors too.
Purchased a variety of items
I bought some stuff not long ago, but it didn't fit right when I tried it on. I know I gotta fork out for the shipping to send it back, but I was kinda bummed that I didn't get all my money back. And when I tried to get some help, nobody got back to me, which really ticked me off.
Petite-Sized Clothing
I'm so annoyed with this store not having any clothes in my size. I've been waiting for months for them to restock, but still no luck. It's just ridiculous!
Small jacket
So I bought this little jacket online for $35.99. But, when it showed up, it was all wrinkled and not even what I was looking for. So, I sent it back in the mail and then waited and waited for my money back. After a whole month passed and I still didn't see my refund, I had to bug them two times just to get that $29.01 back. Basically, that means I spent $6.98 for absolutely nothing. Not cool, dude. Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from there.
XL shirt purchased
I was pretty bummed about my last purchase from that store. The receipt said that the size I got might not be the size I asked for, and that worried me. I ordered an XL shirt but got an L instead, and it didn't fit me properly. I tried to return it, but the whole process seemed like too much of a hassle, so I just gave up.

Just got myself a new winter jacket, pants, and sweater from here, and I gotta say, I am so impressed! The quality is amazing, the style is on point, and the comfort level is off the charts. The winter jacket keeps me warm and has all the pockets I could ask for. The pants fit perfectly, although they might be a bit short for taller people. Raincoat; Size Issues
Hey, has anyone else had issues with missing returns? I bought this raincoat online and it looked awesome, but when it arrived, it was way too big. Like, seriously not the right size at all. So I wanted to send it back, but guess what? I misplaced the receipt (yeah, my bad). When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they said they hadn't even received my return yet. But, when I sent a package back to another company, I got an email right away confirming they got it. Dealing with Threadbare's return process is getting frustrating.
Online purchase, return hassle
So, I messed up and bought something online that didn't fit me at all. Now, I had to deal with returning it and boy, what a pain that was. The item was £23.99 but the return cost me a total of £7 – £2.99 for shipping back and £4 for taxes. It was ridiculous and honestly, it made me feel like I just wasted both my time and money. Next time, I'll definitely be more careful before buying from them online.
Refund for item not received
This company is such a scam! I asked for a refund for something I never got over a month ago, and I still haven't seen my money. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but they never respond. I suggest everyone stay away from this company.
Black hoodie with graphic design
The customer service was amazing, eh! I ordered this black hoodie with a neat graphic design, but when it showed up, the colour was different from what I expected based on the website. I was a little disappointed, but when I contacted the Customer Service Advisor, they were super fast to assist me and fix the issue. They were really friendly and made sure to resolve the problem right away. The hoodie itself was actually excellent quality and very stylish, it just wasn't the right colour for me, you know?
Multiple items, Returns
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this store and while the stuff itself was great, I was really disappointed with the return policy. When I tried to return some items, I realized that the return label was too big for the automatic label they gave me. So I had to send each item separately, costing me extra for envelopes and postage. Even after I told the customer service rep about the issue, they said they couldn't help me. It was a frustrating experience and I wasn't happy with the customer service, especially given how much I paid for the products. I expected a better return process considering how good the products are from the store.
Good fit, fair quality
I got some new clothes and they fit pretty well, plus they were good quality for what I paid. I just wish they had more stuff in medium size. And their return policy is all on their website, so I don't really understand why some folks are upset about it.
Dress Purchase
I was so pumped to find some super cute dresses on this website and was just about to buy them when I decided to check out their return policy. Let me tell you, it was a shocker! They want returns back within 14 days, and not only do you have to cover the return shipping, but they also slap on a $2.99 fee for processing the refund. That's just crazy! I've never seen a company pull this kind of stuff before, and it really rubbed me the wrong way. After reading the awful Trustpilot reviews from customers who had bad experiences with this company, there's no chance I'm giving them my business. It's too bad because I really liked those dresses, but their customer service is just not up to par. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Returns process

And then I found out there was a £2.99 fee for returns, which really put me off. So, I decided to just keep the item to avoid all the hassle.
