New jumper purchase
I recently got myself a new sweater from this store, and let me tell you, I was super happy with the whole deal. I was on the hunt for a certain style of sweater that I had spotted at a local shop, but they didn't have my size. Luckily, I stumbled upon this store on the internet and was pleasantly surprised by all the sweater options they had. The one I ended up buying wasn't exactly the one I originally wanted, but I gotta say, it's even better! The quality of the sweater is top-notch and it fits me perfectly. Plus, the delivery was super quick. All in all, a pretty good experience, and I would definitely think about coming back here next time.
Winter jacket, trousers, jumper
Just got myself a new winter jacket, pants, and sweater from here, and I gotta say, I am so impressed! The quality is amazing, the style is on point, and the comfort level is off the charts. The winter jacket keeps me warm and has all the pockets I could ask for. The pants fit perfectly, although they might be a bit short for taller people. And let me tell you about the sweater - super soft, cozy, and just perfect for those cold days. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for stylish and cozy winter clothes, eh.
Black hoodie with graphic design
The customer service was amazing, eh! I ordered this black hoodie with a neat graphic design, but when it showed up, the colour was different from what I expected based on the website. I was a little disappointed, but when I contacted the Customer Service Advisor, they were super fast to assist me and fix the issue. They were really friendly and made sure to resolve the problem right away. The hoodie itself was actually excellent quality and very stylish, it just wasn't the right colour for me, you know?
Quick delivery, excellent customer service
I was a bit unsure about buying after reading some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it anyways. I ordered on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up on Friday! I also had a good experience with customer service. At first, I didn't get a confirmation email, but when I contacted them, I found out I had typed in my email wrong. The customer service folks were super quick to fix it. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got.
Good fit, fair quality
I got some new clothes and they fit pretty well, plus they were good quality for what I paid. I just wish they had more stuff in medium size. And their return policy is all on their website, so I don't really understand why some folks are upset about it.
Two pairs of shorts, different colours
I just bought two pairs of shorts in different colours from this store, and I gotta say I'm super impressed with how good they are. The shorts came quickly and they fit perfectly for the size I ordered. I was really happy to see how well they were made, especially since they were so affordable compared to other brands I was checking out.
Recent order mix-up
I used to be a loyal customer of this company and I was always happy with my purchases, but my most recent order was a big disappointment. My package arrived on time, but when I opened it up, it was totally the wrong order inside. My name was on the package, but the items were someone else's. I was really surprised and let down by this mistake, especially since I've always had good experiences before. What bothered me even more was that there was no phone number to call for help. I had to send an email and wait for a reply within 48 hours, which is not what I expect from customer service nowadays.
