New jumper purchase
I recently got myself a new sweater from this store, and let me tell you, I was super happy with the whole deal. I was on the hunt for a certain style of sweater that I had spotted at a local shop, but they didn't have my size. Luckily, I stumbled upon this store on the internet and was pleasantly surprised by all the sweater options they had. The one I ended up buying wasn't exactly the one I originally wanted, but I gotta say, it's even better! The quality of the sweater is top-notch and it fits me perfectly. Multiple items, Returns
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this store and while the stuff itself was great, I was really disappointed with the return policy. When I tried to return some items, I realized that the return label was too big for the automatic label they gave me. So I had to send each item separately, costing me extra for envelopes and postage. Even after I told the customer service rep about the issue, they said they couldn't help me. It was a frustrating experience and I wasn't happy with the customer service, especially given how much I paid for the products. I expected a better return process considering how good the products are from the store.
Black jeans, late November purchase
I bought a pair of black jeans from you back in late November, hoping to get them before Christmas. Unfortunately, when they came, they didn't fit quite right. I wanted to return or exchange them, but was surprised to see that your return policy only covered purchases made between December 4th and 24th. I thought this was a bit too strict and not very friendly to customers. Now I'm stuck with these jeans that I can't even exchange, which feels like a waste of both my money and time. It doesn't seem right to make customers keep items that don't fit when you could easily restock and sell to someone else who it fits better.

Hey, so I recently picked up a pink shirt, jeans, and a hoodie from Threadbare. The service was decent overall, but I wasn't really feeling their math skills. Plus, some of the clothes weren't the best quality - you know what I mean? Out of the 7 items I bought, I'll probably only end up wearing 2, which is a bit disappointing. The rest is definitely going into the donation bin!

The customer service was amazing, eh! I ordered this black hoodie with a neat graphic design, but when it showed up, the colour was different from what I expected based on the website. I was a little disappointed, but when I contacted the Customer Service Advisor, they were super fast to assist me and fix the issue. They were really friendly and made sure to resolve the problem right away. The hoodie itself was actually excellent quality and very stylish, it just wasn't the right colour for me, you know?

I was a bit unsure about buying after reading some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it anyways. I ordered on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up on Friday! I also had a good experience with customer service. At first, I didn't get a confirmation email, but when I contacted them, I found out I had typed in my email wrong. The customer service folks were super quick to fix it. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got.
Mens jackets from Next
The designs of the men's jackets from Next were pretty nice, but the material used wasn't the best. I ordered a couple of jackets and when I got them, I saw that the linings were Nylon. Nylon isn't comfy and it made me itch, so I had to send the jackets back. Next should think about using better materials so customers are happier.

I just bought two pairs of shorts in different colours from this store, and I gotta say I'm super impressed with how good they are. So I bought this little jacket online for $35.99. But, when it showed up, it was all wrinkled and not even what I was looking for. So, I sent it back in the mail and then waited and waited for my money back. After a whole month passed and I still didn't see my refund, I had to bug them two times just to get that $29.01 back. Basically, that means I spent $6.98 for absolutely nothing. Not cool, dude. Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from there.

I was pretty bummed about my last purchase from that store. The receipt said that the size I got might not be the size I asked for, and that worried me. Raincoat; Size Issues
Hey, has anyone else had issues with missing returns? I bought this raincoat online and it looked awesome, but when it arrived, it was way too big. Like, seriously not the right size at all. So I wanted to send it back, but guess what? I misplaced the receipt (yeah, my bad). When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they said they hadn't even received my return yet. But, when I sent a package back to another company, I got an email right away confirming they got it. Dealing with Threadbare's return process is getting frustrating.
