Online purchase, return hassle
So, I messed up and bought something online that didn't fit me at all. Now, I had to deal with returning it and boy, what a pain that was. The item was £23.99 but the return cost me a total of £7 – £2.99 for shipping back and £4 for taxes. It was ridiculous and honestly, it made me feel like I just wasted both my time and money. Next time, I'll definitely be more careful before buying from them online.
Refund for item not received
This company is such a scam! I asked for a refund for something I never got over a month ago, and I still haven't seen my money. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but they never respond. I suggest everyone stay away from this company.
Good fit, fair quality
I got some new clothes and they fit pretty well, plus they were good quality for what I paid. I just wish they had more stuff in medium size. And their return policy is all on their website, so I don't really understand why some folks are upset about it.
Dress Purchase
I was so pumped to find some super cute dresses on this website and was just about to buy them when I decided to check out their return policy. Let me tell you, it was a shocker! They want returns back within 14 days, and not only do you have to cover the return shipping, but they also slap on a $2.99 fee for processing the refund. That's just crazy! I've never seen a company pull this kind of stuff before, and it really rubbed me the wrong way. After reading the awful Trustpilot reviews from customers who had bad experiences with this company, there's no chance I'm giving them my business. It's too bad because I really liked those dresses, but their customer service is just not up to par. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Returns process
I had a frustrating experience with returning an item at Threadbare. They made me create an account just to print a returns label, but it wasn't clear how to do that. And then I found out there was a £2.99 fee for returns, which really put me off. So, I decided to just keep the item to avoid all the hassle.
Expensive delivery and return charges
I can't believe this company had the audacity to charge for delivery and processing fees for returns. It's crazy that I had to spend almost $20 just to exchange an item. It's frustrating that they haven't come up with a better exchange system that doesn't require customers to fork out more money. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
Trainers falling apart quickly
I'm really disappointed with the trainers I bought from this company. They looked great, but after less than three weeks of wearing them like normal, they started falling apart. The sole was coming off from the shoe, and the insole was peeling away from the heel, showing the material falling apart. For the price I paid, this kind of damage from regular use is just not acceptable.
Clothing items
I ordered some clothes from this store recently, but dang, it took way too long to get my stuff. Even though they said it would take 3-5 days, only part of my order showed up on time. And to make matters worse, when I talked to customer service about the missing items, they had no clue what I was talking about. Then, when I checked on the delayed items on December 5th, they still weren't ready to be sent out, so I just asked for my money back. If you want your stuff on time, especially for Christmas, I suggest trying a different store. And watch out if you see their stuff at other shops, because it all comes from the same place.
Recent order mix-up
I used to be a loyal customer of this company and I was always happy with my purchases, but my most recent order was a big disappointment. My package arrived on time, but when I opened it up, it was totally the wrong order inside. My name was on the package, but the items were someone else's. I was really surprised and let down by this mistake, especially since I've always had good experiences before. What bothered me even more was that there was no phone number to call for help. I had to send an email and wait for a reply within 48 hours, which is not what I expect from customer service nowadays.

Read on
