Two mattresses, one double and one single
I had a really frustrating time dealing with the customer service at this company. The mattresses I bought turned out to be not so great - they were supposed to be supportive, but they actually ended up causing me back pain. Even worse, the double mattress had to be switched out after just one month. But when it came time to get rid of the faulty one, there were all kinds of mix-ups and delays. In the end, I just ended up giving it away.
The single mattress, which is also not doing a good job at supporting me, has been waiting for a replacement for almost three whole months now. The customer service folks keep giving me excuses instead of actual solutions. They write these long-winded responses that don't even really address the problem at hand. Milwaukee tools purchase
I recently bought some stuff from Acme Tools while they were having their Big Red Tool Sale. I spotted a couple of top-rated Milwaukee tools that I really needed, so I tossed them in my cart. The website said that one of the tools came with a free battery and charger included with the purchase, which sounded like a sweet deal. On top of that, I had a coupon code that was supposed to automatically kick in during checkout, knocking $10 off the final price. But when the tools arrived, the free battery and charger were nowhere to be seen.
