Digital map purchase
I just bought a digital map from this company and I have to say, I am super impressed with how good it is. The map was easy to get and download, and it gave me all the geographical info I needed for my project. Unreliable delivery service
I ordered something online and it never showed up. The delivery person said they left it outside while I was gone for the weekend, but when I got back, there was nothing there. I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they wouldn't help me out at all. This company is really shady, it's hard to believe. I recommend avoiding them so you don't waste your time and money.

So, I messed up and bought something online that didn't fit me at all. Now, I had to deal with returning it and boy, what a pain that was. The item was £23.99 but the return cost me a total of £7 – £2.99 for shipping back and £4 for taxes. It was ridiculous and honestly, it made me feel like I just wasted both my time and money. Next time, I'll definitely be more careful before buying from them online.

Family Christmas pajamas
I recently ordered matching family pajamas from this store for Christmas, and unfortunately, one of the items I received was incorrect. It was pretty disappointing, especially since we were planning our family photos in just a few days. But, right away I called customer service and I was super impressed with how great they treated me. They said sorry right off the bat and sent out the right item with fast shipping, so I could get it before our photo shoot. I couldn't have asked for better service or for the mistake to be fixed so quickly!

I'm really disappointed with how this company has been communicating, eh. I bought something and found out I needed to return it quickly, so I emailed several times looking for return labels. But even after sending five emails over a week, I still haven't heard anything back. It's not cool or professional to ignore customers like this, and now I'm starting to wonder if this company is even legit, eh.
