OMG, so I got these PJs for my daughter and after just one night, the buttons like totally came off and made a huge hole in the fabric. LazyOne kept blaming my daughter, but she's really careful with her things! I'm so disappointed that I bought these for Christmas and LazyOne didn't even bother to fix it.

I recently bought some kids' pajamas from this store, and it didn't go so well. The customer service, both in-store and through email, was really bad and didn't help at all. I wasn't told about their no return policy when I made the purchase, and I think that's not right. A little note on the screen doesn't cut it; they should tell customers verbally about important stuff like that. The pajamas I got were too big for my kids, even though I ordered the right size. The elastic wasn't stretchy enough, and the size 4 was too short for my 6 and 8-year-old kids. Overall, I was really let down by this shopping trip and won't be coming back to this store.

I recently ordered matching family pajamas from this store for Christmas, and unfortunately, one of the items I received was incorrect. It was pretty disappointing, especially since we were planning our family photos in just a few days. But, right away I called customer service and I was super impressed with how great they treated me. They said sorry right off the bat and sent out the right item with fast shipping, so I could get it before our photo shoot. I couldn't have asked for better service or for the mistake to be fixed so quickly!

Oh man, let me tell ya, I came across these super cute PJs when my fam and I were chilling in Gatlinburg, and I gotta say, I'm totally hooked! I end up snagging a couple of sets every year just for me. And you know what?
