I just reached out to the company about a problem with my order, and I was really surprised by how quickly and efficiently they responded. Renee not only said sorry for the hassle, but she also offered to replace my items for free and gave me a nice 20% discount on my next order. I was really impressed by their great customer service and how they took the initiative to fix my problem. It's good to know that they care about keeping customers happy and are willing to do whatever it takes to make things right.
LazyOne Bear Pajama Shirt
I scored the cutest bear pajama shirt at this store and let me tell you, it's absolutely amazing! I rock it all the time because it's super comfortable and the colors are still vibrant. I checked out their website after falling in love with the shirt and oh my goodness, they have such awesome stuff! The customer service is top-notch, the ladies who helped me were so sweet and helped me find the perfect sizes. The fabric is so soft and just keeps getting even softer with each wash. The designs are adorable and always put a smile on my face. I'm definitely going to keep buying from them, especially whenever they come out with new designs!
Pajamas as gifts and for myself
I recently picked up a bunch of pajama sets from this company, got some for gifts and for myself too. These pajamas are made of a thick t-shirt fabric, which makes them super sturdy. Pajama set
I'm a regular customer and I've bought a bunch of pajama sets from this store. I've always loved how cozy and cute the pajamas are. But the last time I bought something, I was let down by the quality. The fabric felt scratchy and the seam at the back started coming apart after just two nights. I was surprised, especially since I hadn't bought a smaller size and had lost some weight recently. I didn't bother returning it, but I wanted to let you know that I was disappointed with the drop in quality compared to my past purchases.
Family Christmas pajamas
I recently ordered matching family pajamas from this store for Christmas, and unfortunately, one of the items I received was incorrect. It was pretty disappointing, especially since we were planning our family photos in just a few days. But, right away I called customer service and I was super impressed with how great they treated me. They said sorry right off the bat and sent out the right item with fast shipping, so I could get it before our photo shoot. I couldn't have asked for better service or for the mistake to be fixed so quickly!
PJs on family vacay
Oh man, let me tell ya, I came across these super cute PJs when my fam and I were chilling in Gatlinburg, and I gotta say, I'm totally hooked! I end up snagging a couple of sets every year just for me. And you know what? I make sure to grab matching sets for my fam every Christmas too because they would seriously lose it if they didn't have LazyOne PJs to rock on Christmas Eve. They're just so dang comfy and the designs are absolutely adorable. I can't even deal with how cute they are!
PJ's and Slipper Boots for grandkids
These jammies and slipper boots are seriously the best! They are super comfy, cozy, and soft – and the designs are so cool! My grandkids absolutely love them. Even my daughter-in-law can't get enough of her set, and my sons are big fans of their boxers. One time, I received the wrong shipment but LazyOne really came through for me, they were like MVPs and sent me the correct items. They even told me to donate the wrong jammies to charity – that's going above and beyond! LazyOne is hands down the best company ever, no doubt about it.
Fun fabric pajamas
I totally love the cute fabrics and designs of the pajamas I got from LazyOne. They're super roomy and cozy, perfect for just chilling at home. I ended up getting a bunch for myself and as gifts because I'm obsessed with them. But I have noticed a problem with the elastic in the waistband of the pants. A lot of the pairs I got had the elastic all twisted and bunched up, which makes the waistband pretty uncomfortable and hard to fix. It's kind of a bummer because it messes with how comfy and good quality they are.
Cute and durable pajamas
I'm a big fan of the adorable designs and strong materials used in the pajamas I bought from your store. The prints are dyed right into the fabric, which is awesome because it stops that plasticky feeling of a graphic tee. The cotton is soft and lasts a long time, plus the V-neck lady nightshirt style is super comfy. It's hard to find PJs that have both cute designs, comfort, and durability. Pajamas sizes availability
I really like LazyOne pajamas, but I've been having some issues with finding the right sizes lately. It seems like the sizes I want are often not available in their newer items. It's frustrating because I really love their designs and how comfy they are. I've also tried signing up for notifications when my sizes are back in stock, but I haven't received any updates. LazyOne could really benefit from improving how they manage their inventory and communicate with customers.
Size inclusivity, pajama pants, favorite
As someone who thinks it's important to have clothes for all sizes, I'd give a three-star rating because there weren't many size options to choose from. Even though that part was disappointing, I have to say that the pajama pants I bought were really good quality and super comfy. They're honestly my new faves and they were even better than I expected. I'm usually hard to impress, but these pajama pants did it for me.

I just bought some nightshirts from this online store, and let me tell you, they are top-notch. The designs on the shirts are so funny, they always make me smile.
