As a regular customer, I've always loved the quality of the pajamas I buy for my cousin's kids. But my recent visit to the pop-up shop was a letdown. Even though I had all the receipts and tags, the store wouldn't give me a refund or gift card for the items I wanted to return within two weeks of buying them. They only wanted to do exchanges. I also emailed their customer service about my disappointment with their policy and the scratchy fabric of the pajamas, but got no response. The lack of care for customer happiness and the drop in product quality have me thinking twice about the brand.

I returned something to this company two months back and I still haven't gotten my refund. They not only didn't give me back my money but they even said they might have lost it. On top of that, their customer service was rude and unhelpful. The way they handled things was just not cool at all.

I've been buying pyjamas for my kids from this website for years, but my recent experience with a return was awful. The return policy was so rigid and the whole process was a mess. Even though I've spent a lot of money with this company over the years, they gave me a hard time with a simple return. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. I'm frustrated and unhappy with how things turned out, so I won't be buying from them again.
