I've been using this brand for so long, I can't even remember when I started. Let me tell you, it's amazing! My skin has never looked better because of these products. The only thing that bugs me is when they discontinue my favorites and change the names, it really gets on my nerves. But overall, these products are top-notch and really do wonders for my skin.

The customer service was amazing, eh! I ordered this black hoodie with a neat graphic design, but when it showed up, the colour was different from what I expected based on the website. I was a little disappointed, but when I contacted the Customer Service Advisor, they were super fast to assist me and fix the issue. They were really friendly and made sure to resolve the problem right away. The hoodie itself was actually excellent quality and very stylish, it just wasn't the right colour for me, you know?
