I can't believe I had to pay for return shipping on a defective product! Like, who does that, eh? I've never come across such a crazy policy before. It's totally unfair to make customers pay to send back something that's broken. Wayfair should definitely own up to their mistakes and take care of this.

As a French-speaking Canuck, I gotta say, the photo album creator was pretty user-friendly. I liked the skin options, even though I only used two. The language barrier was a bit tough with all the explanations in English, but hey, it helped me brush up on my language skills too.

So I tried to get a refund, but all they did was pass the blame and say they have to talk to the manufacturer to figure things out. Super disappointing and annoying to deal with, especially since I've had three calls with no real fix or idea of when it'll be sorted out.

I tried contacting customer support several times but didn't hear back. They went ahead and charged me $90 for an app that I never even downloaded on my phone. I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication and these unauthorized charges.

Chris and Oliver, the guys who started it all, did an amazing job picking out such awesome places that suit everyone's tastes and preferences.

My recent trip to Kate Spade was awesome, eh! I picked up a beautiful sweatshirt and handbag on sale, and I'm totally thrilled with them, eh! The quality is top-notch, and they're already some of my favorite pieces. The customer service was top-notch too, making my shopping experience a total breeze, eh! I'll for sure be heading back to Kate Spade for more stylish finds to add to my wardrobe, eh!

This store is amazing! Forget those big-box stores, PGA Golf Superstore is the place to be. As soon as you step inside, you can tell it's something special. The staff is so friendly and really knows their stuff. They make you feel like part of the family. They take the time to show you everything and teach you about the products, making it a unique shopping trip. I can't say enough good things about this store!

I picked up this super awesome pillow about 3 and a half years back and now all my buds have one too. It's seriously the best pillow ever, but you wanna know what's even better? Their customer service is fantastic! So, my pillow case kinda broke after all that time (which is pretty normal, right?) so I reached out to them about getting a new one. They were so chill about it, like "No worries, we got you" and sent me a new pillow case real quick. They really back up their products and make sure you're happy.
