So I bought some new sneakers online the other day, but let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The first pair I got was totally messed up - they were two different sizes! Can you believe that? Then, when they sent me another pair as a replacement, it looked like they gave me a floor model - one shoe was all laced up and the other was missing a lace! I tried reaching out to customer service, but all they said was I could either send them back or fix it myself. Plus, the shoes didn't even look the same as what I saw online. I'm starting to think they might have been factory defects or something. All in all, I'm pretty annoyed and not happy with this whole situation.

I phoned the box office many times to get tickets, but the voicemail was full. Finally, I called the main number and Rebecca McKeith helped me out and went above and beyond to get me the tickets I needed. Big thanks to Rebecca!

I just bought a skin for my Series X console from this company and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The product came earlier than expected and is top-notch quality. Putting on the skin was a breeze, all thanks to the clear and easy instructions they gave. Now my console looks exactly the way I want it to, no problems at all.

I bought this phone case system on January 9th for $88 hoping it would last long. But after just 3 weeks, the lanyard anchors broke. Luckily, I caught my phone before it hit the ground and got wrecked. I'm really let down by the quality, especially for how much I spent on it.

This TV is just terrible, eh? I bought it like three years ago and now it's acting up with these annoying white lines across the screen. It's frustrating, you know, to invest in what's supposed to be a top-quality image just for it to start falling apart so soon. Back in the day, TVs were made to stick around but now it seems like this one's headed for the trash heap after only a few years. Can't say I'm a fan of this planned obsolescence, eh? It's bad for the planet and a waste of hard-earned cash, if you ask me.

I bought three pairs of jeans from that place recently and man, it was a disaster. All three pairs ended up ripping in the seat after just a few wears. I tried reaching out to their customer service team by email multiple times, but never heard back. After many failed attempts calling them, I finally got through only to be sent to a voicemail saying they were unavailable. When they finally responded via text, they had the nerve to say it was too late to help me, even though I had proof with the email I sent right after the jeans ripped. Their product quality is terrible and their customer service is even worse. Avoid at all costs!

I've been a happy customer of this skincare brand for a few years now. Their catalogues are always fun to flip through, though I do wish they had scratch and sniff for scents. The sales and deals they have are great, and I love getting the little samples that come with each order. One thing that really impresses me is how they give free gifts to loyal customers, often based on our purchase history or our preferences.

I've been buying stuff from this company for a while now and I've always been happy with what I received. But I recently had to return something that didn't work out for me. Thankfully, the return process was super easy and hassle-free. I just dropped off the item at a collection point and got an email notification that they picked it up the same evening. I got my refund really quickly, just three days later, and the money was back in my bank account. The customer service during the return was top-notch, it totally went above and beyond what I expected.

I got this super cute 50's swing dress from this store for a show, but it took so long to get here! I ordered it back in June and didn't get it until the end of July. And when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size! I did everything right for the return, but they still made it really difficult for me to get my money back. Not cool at all, eh?
