Parts for my off-road vehicle
I was so upset with my experience at this store. Just like others have mentioned, they took my money right away but didn't ship my order on time. When I asked about the delay, they said it would go out that day, but it didn't. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - I was on the phone forever getting transferred and disconnected before reaching someone who couldn't help. I suggest staying away from this store and finding one with better customer service.

The ordering process was pretty straight forward and easy, but I think they could definitely update their website for a better experience. The service I got was top-notch, with staff that really knew their stuff and were there to help with any questions I had. The prices were reasonable, especially when you consider the quality of the parts. And my order arrived quickly and in great shape.
