Shoes, good quality
I got some shoes from this store and they were really nice, came earlier than I thought they would, and were in perfect shape. But some other stuff I ordered wasn't very good, so they didn't send it to me. It was nice that they were honest about it and gave me my money back right away. One of the shoes I got was too small, though, and I'm not sure how to send it back. All in all, I'd say their stuff is pretty good quality and I'd suggest checking them out.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company, as it seems like a waste of money and time.
Purse and "snood"
I just bought a purse and a "snood" from this store, and I was pleasantly surprised when both items arrived in good condition, just as I expected. The purse was bigger than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The "snood" is really pretty and well-made. The only bummer is that it only comes in red - I wish there were more color options available.

Big order, fraudulent ID issue
I made a big order in March and ever since then, it's been a total nightmare dealing with this company. They keep making excuses and telling me to be patient, but then they send me a fake tracking ID for my package. The ID doesn't even work and now I have no clue where my order is. If they have the nerve to advertise themselves online, I will definitely make sure everyone knows how dishonest they are. They are a bunch of thieves and should be banned from the internet. I am done dealing with their customer service. I am so frustrated with them.

Bought a sweater that was too small
I had the hardest time trying to return this sweater online because the website was so confusing, eh! I spent two whole days on it and still couldn't figure it out. They told me I can't even swap it for a bigger size, which is super annoying. Large shirt and size 14 shoes
Hey, just wanted to give you some feedback on your clothing and shoe sizes. I recently bought a large shirt from you guys and it fits more like a small! And I noticed you don't even carry size 13 and 14 shoes. Considering you're selling to the North American market, you should keep in mind that we tend to be bigger and taller than folks where these products are made. Just a heads up!
Ordered three shirts
I ordered three shirts, but they ended up rejecting two of them even though I already paid. I did get my money back for those two shirts, but I had to pay full postage for the one shirt I did receive. It would have been nice if they apologized and just sent me the replacements instead. I wouldn't have minded paying for them again.
