Online hotel booking
I recently booked a hotel online and was not happy with the way the prices were shown. I thought I was getting a room for $92 per night, but turns out that was only for the first night. The following nights were more expensive, and that wasn't made clear when I booked. When I tried to get more information from customer service, the person I talked to was not helpful and argued with me. They couldn't explain why the prices were different and I felt frustrated and like they weren't being upfront about how much it would actually cost. Overall, my experience with this online hotel booking service was disappointing, and I would advise others to be careful and watch out for any pricing issues.

Eye shadow, unhappy
We ordered some sparkly eye shadow from this store, and it was not good at all. It took forever to arrive from the US to Canada, and when it finally got here, it was a dud! We tried to return it since it was still unopened, but they refused. Their customer service was terrible and now we're stuck with a useless product.

Coloring book with small and blurry photos
The colouring book is alright, but the pictures are way too tiny and fuzzy, which makes it a real struggle to see all the little bits. It's so irritating when you're all set to colour and then you can't even tell what's going on in the picture. Plus, the book just jumps from one thing to another without warning, and it's super confusing to keep up with the directions. I just wish it was more clear and organized, ya know? And don't even get me started on when it tells you to look in another part of the book, only to realize you were in the right spot all along! Ugh, seriously frustrating!

I really love this website, eh! There are so many different things to choose from, it's awesome. I think it's really cool that you can customize your own wine cases. That's gonna be perfect for my brother's baptism. I also love that they offer large bottles and you can get advice from professionals. The rare bottle library they have is amazing, it totally surprised me, eh!

Fast shipping, good quality eyeshadow
The shipping was so fast, way quicker than I expected! The eyeshadow I got was amazing quality and super pigmented. Only thing is, the colors looked darker on my skin than in the trays. Not a huge deal for me, but just a heads up if you're picky about color accuracy. Overall, I was really impressed with the product and how fast it arrived.

Adjustable Standing Desk
I ordered an adjustable standing desk from this company and I was really let down by how the delivery went. They gave me a delivery date but then it got cancelled with no reason given, and I didn't hear anything from them until I reached out by email. They gave me some vague excuses about "processing issues" and then I found out my order had actually been cancelled and nothing was happening. After more emails back and forth, they said my order had been lost and asked if I wanted a replacement. I finally got the desk a few days later, but the whole thing was so frustrating and disappointing.
