    Personalized birthday card and gift for Mum

    I had an awesome time picking out a special birthday card and gift for my Mom. It was really fun to choose and personalize the card, and the selection of gifts was not only great but also reasonably priced. My Mom really loved the birthday card I got her; she thought it was really personal and she was so happy with the chocolates that came along with it. One of the things I really like about shopping here is that I don't have to worry about stamps or sending out the cards - they handle it all. In general, I really enjoy using this service and will definitely come back again.

    Handbag and wallet

    As someone who shops at this brand quite often, I bought a handbag and wallet online not long ago. But, I gotta say, the whole delivery and return situation was a total letdown. I sent back two packages by mail on January 17th, and up until today, I haven't seen a single penny back in my account. It's just not right, especially since I've dropped a lot of cash on this brand before. I've always been a loyal customer, whether in-person or on the web, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I'll definitely be more cautious about buying from them again.

    Missing earrings

    My experience with this retailer has been so frustrating and disappointing. I got a pair of earrings for $95.52, but when I got the package, it was totally empty - no earrings, no packing slip, nothing. I contacted customer service right away, and though they were nice, it took way too long to sort things out. They said their worker put the earrings in the box, but I never got them. It's not just about the money now, but the principle - why should I suffer for their maybe security issues? It feels like they robbed me of my cash and the fact that there's still no solution just makes me feel like they're not listening to me at all.

    I bought something online not long ago and boy, was I let down by what I got. The thing was obviously used and I had to give it a good scrub before I could even put it on. It's just not cool, especially coming from a big name brand like that.

    Unauthorized transaction, late payment, poor customer service

    I had a really bad experience with customer service at this credit card company. I saw a charge I didn't make on my account, so I called to dispute it. The person I talked to didn't help me at all and even suggested that I was to blame for the unauthorized transaction. On top of that, I wasn't told about a missed payment and ended up with a late fee, even though I always pay on time.

    First-time customer experience

    So, when I first tried this company, I was pretty let down. I spent around $97 on 03/19/24, but then ran into problems with getting my order processed and delivered. Even after 5 days, the website still said my order was just "processing" and there was important address info missing. I tried contacting customer service, but things didn't get fixed right away.

    So, I bought this fancy designer bag from this site, right? And let me tell you, I was so let down by the whole thing. The listing said it was the real deal, but when it showed up, Vestiaire Collective said it was a fake and wanted more cash to send it back. I tried to get in touch to clear things up but got no reply. It really got to me, ya know? Made me feel so annoyed and let down. So, I went ahead and took down all my stuff for sale on the site and decided I won't be using it again.

    Online order never received

    My recent online order never showed up, even though I got a confirmation email and tracking number. I called the delivery company, but they just told me to talk to the store's customer service. When I did, they said there was nothing they could do and that I'd have to ask my bank for a refund. It was really annoying and a letdown, because I was excited to get my stuff.
