    I've been a faithful customer for so many years, and let me tell you, I've always been blown away by the amazing quality and style of the kids' clothes here.     Baby shower gift exchange

    I want to share my experience with a recent gift I got from this place for my baby shower. It took me about a month to actually open it up. And the moment I did, I noticed that the clothes were just too small! I needed to exchange them for bigger sizes, so I went back to the store with 2 bibs, 2 sets of blankets, and 3 outfits, hoping for a fair exchange. But to my surprise, they only offered me $24 in total because it was after their 60-day return period. That's only $2 per item! Those outfits are priced at $24 each normally. It doesn't seem right for them to give me so little for items that are obviously worth more.

    I'm a frequent visitor to this store and I totally adore the matching outfits for my three boys. The styles and trends are always spot on and my kids look so cute in them. The clothes are really sturdy, especially the summer swimwear which is super handy for those scorching days. My two older boys enjoy switching up their outfits, while my youngest always rocks a full matching set from head to toe, even down to the socks, shoes, and jackets.     The online ordering process was so frustrating and unhelpful, eh. I tried to place an order a bunch of times over three days, but every time I tried to submit my info, I got hit with an error message. And they didn't even tell me why it wasn't working, so I was left feeling pretty powerless and ticked off, ya know? I tried everything I could think of to fix it on my end, but eventually I just threw in the towel out of sheer frustration. It's pretty disappointing that a big company like that would have such a wonky online ordering system, eh.

    Kids' outfit purchase

    So I recently bought this kids' outfit online and it had a bunch of stuff in it that was all in stock at the time. But then when the order came, I noticed one thing was missing. I never got an email explaining why, so I messaged customer service to find out. But they never answered me. Eventually, I went to social media and found out that the missing item was canceled because it was out of stock when they shipped it. I was so let down and surprised because the item was definitely in stock when I ordered it. It sucks that now it's available again, but I have to buy it separately because they don't do back orders. Plus, since the missing item was a big part of the outfit, now I just have leggings with no shirt. This whole thing has left me feeling disappointed and annoyed, and it reminds me of a similar situation I had with another company in the past that made me stop shopping there altogether.

    Lost online order, store pick-up

    So, I gotta tell you about this thing that happened to me when I ordered online from Gymboree. At first, I was happy about the good deals they had, so I chose the store pick-up option for convenience. But get this, turns out the store I picked had closed down for good. I contacted their sister store, Children's Place, and gave them my order number. They said my package was lost and promised me a refund. But guess what? Haven't seen a refund or even an email about cancelling the order. This has put me in a tough spot because I got summer stuff and swimsuits for a family trip, and now we're stuck without clothes or the cash to buy new ones. Overall, my experience with Gymboree has been super disappointing and irritating.

    Bunny dress for granddaughter

    I ordered a Bunny dress for my granddaughter on March 21st, expecting it to arrive by March 27th. Easter was coming up and I couldn't wait to see her in that adorable dress. But the delivery date kept getting pushed back, leaving me in the dark. The tracking info finally said it would arrive on April 4th, what a disaster! And to top it off, I kept getting emails from the company telling me to order the dress for Easter, like I hadn't already done it.

    Overpriced clothing, horrendous customer service

    This store is just terrible, eh. I bought $500 worth of clothes and turns out they didn't pay the shipping company, eh. So now I'm stuck with a bill of over $300 that they won't pay, eh. Dealing with the shipping company has been a huge pain thanks to this store's screw up. The customer service was absolutely no help in fixing this mess. I for sure won't be shopping at this store again, eh.

    My wasted gift cards

    I'm super disappointed, eh? I had $300 in gift cards from way back, before this place got a new owner, and now they won't take 'em! It's such a letdown, can't believe they'd leave my money like that. They said they can't find the old info 'cause of the new owners, but seriously, that's a weak excuse. And the customer service was awful, eh? It's 2021, customer service should be top-notch! But no, they really messed up.

    Sentimental item lost in package, delayed replacement order

    I had a really bad experience with this one store recently. I ordered something special for my daughter, but the package got lost while it was being shipped. I contacted customer service after waiting for 10 days, but they told me I had to wait the full 14 days before they could do anything. By the time they finally agreed to send a replacement, the item my daughter wanted was all sold out in her size. And now, it looks like the replacement order is lost too! It's been so frustrating and disappointing dealing with all of this. I've decided I won't be shopping from this store anymore, and I'll avoid any businesses that use USPS to deliver packages in the future.

    Twin PJ sets for twins

    I ordered four PJ sets for my twins from this company, with the expectation that they would arrive by December 13th. However, I got an update saying that the delivery was delayed until maybe December 22nd, just a few days before Christmas when I didn't need them anymore. The delivery service, OnTrac, said they didn't even have the package. When I asked the company to send out new sets with me paying for rush shipping, they said no. This whole thing was really annoying and let me down. I'm going to make sure I tell others about this company on all my social media accounts.
