I just bought some kitchen cabinets from this store, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. I recently bought a bar pad from this shop, and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality and service. When I took a closer look, I noticed some important info on the pad was covered up with a black marker. Not only was the product not up to par, but getting a refund has been a total nightmare. It's been 12 days since I started the return process, and I still haven't gotten my money back. And on top of that, I had to pay $18 to send it back because this shop doesn't cover return shipping costs. The customer service has honestly been pretty lackluster, and there doesn't seem to be any real solution in sight.

It took multiple back-and-forths with their support team before the problem was fixed and I got my money back. Their payment support team was just as unhelpful – I had trouble getting a correct credit note for weeks. Despite me clearly explaining what I needed, they kept sending me wrong versions. It's been weeks since my last email and I still haven't heard back or received the right credit note. Overall, it was a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone, especially with their high prices.

I had a really bad experience with this one store recently. I ordered something special for my daughter, but the package got lost while it was being shipped. I contacted customer service after waiting for 10 days, but they told me I had to wait the full 14 days before they could do anything. By the time they finally agreed to send a replacement, the item my daughter wanted was all sold out in her size. And now, it looks like the replacement order is lost too! It's been so frustrating and disappointing dealing with all of this. I've decided I won't be shopping from this store anymore, and I'll avoid any businesses that use USPS to deliver packages in the future.
