The online ordering process was so frustrating and unhelpful, eh. I tried to place an order a bunch of times over three days, but every time I tried to submit my info, I got hit with an error message. And they didn't even tell me why it wasn't working, so I was left feeling pretty powerless and ticked off, ya know? I tried everything I could think of to fix it on my end, but eventually I just threw in the towel out of sheer frustration. It's pretty disappointing that a big company like that would have such a wonky online ordering system, eh.
