Recent delivery
I just bought something not too long ago, and the delivery service turned out to be a real letdown. I've always liked what this company sells, but this time the courier messed up big time with my package. When I tried getting in touch with customer service to sort things out, they just weren't coming through - totally unresponsive and not even bothering to show any interest. It's really disappointing to see them not caring about getting my order to me, and I'm honestly feeling pretty annoyed by the lack of help. I'm thinking about looking into other companies that actually care about their customers.

Face mask with faulty metal nose piece and broken rubber adjusters
The face mask I bought turned out to be a real letdown. The metal part for the nose was weak and just felt like a bread bag twist tie. And to top it off, the rubber bits to adjust the ear loops were already snapped when I got it. It's really annoying to see such cheap stuff being used. Even though this brand gets good reviews in the media, I can't understand how they're getting all this praise.

Jewelry repair experience
My recent experience with getting my ring fixed at this place was a total letdown. It took several tries to fix it, and each time it seemed like more problems popped up. The manager, Maria, was not helpful at all. She seemed to blame me for the issues with my ring instead of owning up to the shoddy repair job. Communication was terrible, I had to keep asking for updates on my repair. When I finally got my ring back, it was obvious that the repair was botched - scratches, missing gold, and a prong that looked even worse. Maria's attitude when I brought up my concerns was rude and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I won't be going back to this place for any future jewelry repairs, that's for sure.
