I've always liked what this company sells, but this time the courier messed up big time with my package. When I tried getting in touch with customer service to sort things out, they just weren't coming through - totally unresponsive and not even bothering to show any interest. It's really disappointing to see them not caring about getting my order to me, and I'm honestly feeling pretty annoyed by the lack of help. I'm thinking about looking into other companies that actually care about their customers.
