Jewelry repair experience
My recent experience with getting my ring fixed at this place was a total letdown. It took several tries to fix it, and each time it seemed like more problems popped up. The manager, Maria, was not helpful at all. She seemed to blame me for the issues with my ring instead of owning up to the shoddy repair job. Communication was terrible, I had to keep asking for updates on my repair. When I finally got my ring back, it was obvious that the repair was botched - scratches, missing gold, and a prong that looked even worse. Maria's attitude when I brought up my concerns was rude and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I won't be going back to this place for any future jewelry repairs, that's for sure.
