ComplaintsI just parked my truck at a hotel and it got broken into. They took all the diesel from my tank and some of my tools. It made me really mad and disappointed, especially because I've used this service before with no problems. The lack of security in the hotel parking lot was worrying and definitely affected my whole experience.

ComplaintsThe parking reservation said I could cancel right up until the day of parking, but when I tried to cancel after booking, they said that wasn't true. That's just a lie in their advertising and really tricks customers. I felt totally tricked and annoyed by their dishonesty.
