Airport Parking Reservations - Reviews and experiences

I was pretty disappointed with the online reservation experience I had with this parking service, eh. I went ahead and booked a spot through their website, but when I got to the parking facility, they dropped a bomb on me - turns out they have a rule about not accepting reservations made within an hour or two of arriving. So there I was, all confused when they couldn't find my reservation in their system. In the end, I had to cough up my credit card info right then and there, with the promise that they'd sort everything out after I returned based on my online booking. The whole process was a hassle, and it got me stressing about possibly paying double for parking, eh. It would have been a lot smoother if their online booking system lined up with the parking facility's policies to avoid giving customers like me a headache, you know?

My family and I had to wait so long for the shuttle to the airport. We arrived really early, but we almost missed our flight because the shuttle was so slow. It felt like waiting in line for a rollercoaster, but not in a fun way. Every time we asked how much longer it would be, they just said 5 more minutes, but it was definitely longer than that. In the end, we just decided to take a Lyft to the airport to make sure we wouldn't be late. We'll definitely be trying a different parking option next time.

My experience with the parking reservation was good. I was able to park no problem. There was a small delay with the shuttle bus because the driver had an emergency, but the front desk staff handled it well. They called a taxi for me and paid for it, which was nice. I liked how they quickly reacted and took care of me.

Booking a reservation was super easy, and I really liked that they offered valet parking and shuttle service. But, when it came down to it, things didn't quite live up to the great idea. The valet service was kinda slow, and the shuttle seemed to take forever to show up. It ended up being way less convenient than I had hoped because of the slow service.

We had to dish out more cash for Uber rides to get to and from the airport. No way we're parking there again after this lousy ordeal, that's for sure.
