Last year, my family bought an amazing Christmas decoration from Joyfy. It's a really cute LED collapsible penguin that lights up really bright, is easy to store, and still looks like new after being outside for two Christmases. I definitely suggest checking out this place because they have cool stuff and their products are just as good as the big stores, if not better.

I had the worst experience with this company, eh! I ordered over $500 worth of stuff and it never showed up. I tried contacting Customer Service so many times, but they never got back to me. I'm super disappointed and annoyed with how they handled things. I definitely won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

I recently bought a smartwatch from Tech In the Basket. At first, I was a bit unsure because I didn't know much about the company. But since their price was way lower than other stores, I decided to go for it. The watch actually arrived in 6-8 business days as promised. The package was a bit beat up, but luckily the watch inside was fine. The only problem was that the watch came from the Middle East, so it had a different firmware which made it hard for me to set my location to the UK. But I figured it out and set it to the UAE with English language settings, and everything seems to be working fine. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, especially because I saved £100 compared to regular price.

Not to mention, the shipping is super speedy and the quality of the products is always top-notch. I bought a t-shirt from this store not too long ago, and it was a total disaster. I never got the shirt even though they said it was shipped. When I contacted customer service, they were no help at all. They basically just brushed me off and said they couldn't do anything about it. This was the first and last time I'll be shopping at this store because I've never had such a horrible online shopping experience. Just a heads up, be careful before buying anything from this retailer.

Man, the service from Ubisoft has really been letting me down. I've been trying to download a game on my Xbox using Ubisoft Plus for hours now. At first, everything was going smoothly, but then out of nowhere, I couldn't play any games. I've tried everything to fix it, like disconnecting and reconnecting my account, but nothing's working. And to make matters worse, I can't even link my account because I'm not getting notifications on my console anymore. I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting but the problem won't budge. I've tried reaching out to Ubisoft for help, but so far, I haven't gotten any support or guidance to fix this issue.
