I first came across this subscription box as a gift and I was really impressed with the different kinds of products and how good they were. I just bought a 3-month subscription from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed with the customer service I got. When I had a problem with the billing because of a gift card, the company really helped me out. They sent me a quick email offering help and even called me personally to fix the issue right away. I wanna give a big shoutout to Lizel for her amazing help. I've tried out lots of subscription services before, but I've never had such great customer service like this.

So, my mom got this really awesome subscription box for her birthday, and it was amazing! I did mess up the order by mistake, but their customer service was fantastic and helped me fix it right away. I signed up for a monthly subscription box from this company and got a new box every month for about 6 months before I decided to take a break. This month's box was awesome! I was so excited to see the Cassava chips and tomato and basil red lentil snacks inside. I decided to try out this snack company's trial box during a promotion they had going on. I thought I was just paying for shipping, but turns out they charged me $59.99 a month later without my permission. Canceling the subscription was a nightmare - their customer service was no help, the website was confusing, and the person I talked to on the phone was rude. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone wanting to try out some new snacks.
Bought gluten-free subscription for my celiac sister
I bought a gift for my sister who can't eat gluten, and she received a gift box with wheat in it! The people we contacted about it were not very nice. I wouldn't recommend buying from them!
Disappointed with gluten contamination
Hey there, so I was super excited to get my gluten-free treats in this box, eh. But you know what? Turns out there was gluten in one of the products, not cool. I was counting on this company to give me safe, Celiac-friendly goodies, but they really let me down. Spent the whole night feeling sick, not fun at all. Save yourself the trouble and pass on this box, bud.

Wow, I love this box because I get new snacks every month to try. I don't get why some people think it's a scam because when I wanted to cancel, they were really nice and didn't ask any questions. It was super easy to unsubscribe, just as easy as renewing.

I called customer service with some questions and Lizel was super helpful! I really wish there was an option to not automatically renew. It would be great if we could choose upfront how many months when giving gifts. It should be easier to give gifts, not just on a monthly basis.

I was so excited to get my box of treats, but it never showed up. And now, to make matters worse, customer service isn't even answering my emails. I'm starting to think this whole thing might be a scam. Just a heads up, don't throw away your money on this.

Subscription gluten free box
I was stoked to subscribe to the gluten-free box since I've got celiac disease and really gotta watch what I eat. But man, was I let down when I found gluten in my box not once, not twice, but THREE times! I tried contacting customer service every time, and instead of being sorry, the rep really gave me a hard time. That's not cool at all – it's not just bad service, but also risky for people with serious allergies like me. Making the same mistakes over and over that could actually hurt customers is totally not okay.
