UrthBox - Reviews and experiences

I was really impressed with the customer service I got from UrthBox. I contacted them twice for different things - one about my subscription and the other about my delivery. Both times, they got back to me quickly and answered my questions really well. The people I talked to knew what they were talking about and solved my problems easily. It made me feel good about the service I was getting. I think UrthBox really cares about their customers, and it shows.

I decided to try out this snack company's trial box during a promotion they had going on. I thought I was just paying for shipping, but turns out they charged me $59.99 a month later without my permission. Canceling the subscription was a nightmare - their customer service was no help, the website was confusing, and the person I talked to on the phone was rude. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone wanting to try out some new snacks.

Wow, I love this box because I get new snacks every month to try. I don't get why some people think it's a scam because when I wanted to cancel, they were really nice and didn't ask any questions. It was super easy to unsubscribe, just as easy as renewing.

I called customer service with some questions and Lizel was super helpful! I really wish there was an option to not automatically renew. It would be great if we could choose upfront how many months when giving gifts. It should be easier to give gifts, not just on a monthly basis.

So, my mom got this really awesome subscription box for her birthday, and it was amazing! I did mess up the order by mistake, but their customer service was fantastic and helped me fix it right away. They even made sure the first box arrived on time for my mom's birthday! The snacks were delicious, my mom couldn't stop munching on them and was eagerly waiting for the next box to come. We will definitely be ordering again, thank you so much!

When I had a problem with a discount code, customer service got back to me right away and fixed it up quickly. I definitely recommend UrthBox for anyone who wants yummy and healthy snacks.

I just bought a 3-month subscription from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed with the customer service I got. When I had a problem with the billing because of a gift card, the company really helped me out. They sent me a quick email offering help and even called me personally to fix the issue right away. I wanna give a big shoutout to Lizel for her amazing help. I've tried out lots of subscription services before, but I've never had such great customer service like this.
