Online shopping experience
I've had nothing but frustrating experiences ordering online from this retailer, eh. The shipping process is a complete mess - they always use different courier methods and the estimated delivery times are never accurate, you know. It's super annoying to wait longer than expected for my order to arrive, especially when I paid extra for expedited shipping. And don't even get me started on customer service - slow and not very helpful at all. Sure, they have some nice clothes, but dealing with this company is just not worth the hassle, eh.
