Recent jewelry purchase
My shopping experience with JTV was pretty good overall. They have a wide range of jewelry options, with different brands and styles to choose from. I really liked watching shows featuring Moissanite, Fabulite, Pearls, and their Warehouse liquidation items. The hosts are friendly and know their stuff, which makes shopping with them fun. Sometimes I've had to return things, but the return process is easy, although I do have to pay for the shipping. One big problem I had was when JTV canceled an item a few days after I ordered it, without giving any explanation. That lack of transparency was really disappointing and annoying, especially since a host had said the item was available. It would also be nice if they offered half sizes because a lot of my returns were due to sizing issues. Despite these issues, I'm still excited to buy more jewelry from JTV in the future.

Disappointed with the customer service
I'd give my recent experience with *Brand* a big fat zero stars if I could. Their customer service was beyond terrible - I sent emails and got no response, tried to find a phone number to call and got nothing, plus their return policy window was super short. To top it off, their sizes were all wonky, making it a pain to figure out what would fit. Save your cash and shop elsewhere because this company clearly doesn't care about keeping customers happy, just about lining their pockets.

Hoodie order
I recently ordered a hoodie for my stepdaughter but accidentally picked the wrong size. Once I got the order confirmation, I right away sent an email to customer service. I was so surprised by how fast and helpful Frankie, the owner, replied. He said changing the size was no problem and quickly fixed it for me. I even asked for proof of the change, and Frankie sent me a screenshot right away to confirm the modification. I'm really impressed by the amazing customer service I got from this online store, especially since it was the owner who personally helped me out. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here and will recommend this store to others. Thanks for the excellent service!

VIP Credits Experience
I gotta say, I've been a faithful customer of yours for a while now, but I'm really disappointed with the recent changes to how VIP credits work. It used to be easy peasy to just deduct them from my total purchase, but now I have to apply them to specific items, which is just making things way more complicated than they need to be. This switch has definitely made shopping with you less enjoyable, 'cause using my credits feels like a chore now. Honestly, I'm thinking about closing my account just to get rid of the credits I've got left.
