I just bought a new pair of shoes and let me tell you, I am so happy with my whole shopping experience. They have so many different styles to choose from, it's really impressive. And the quality is just amazing, top-notch for sure. I really like how they give you the choice to skip a month if you need to, it really shows they care about their customers. The discounts are awesome too, it makes it so much easier to buy stylish shoes without spending a ton of money. And don't forget about the free magazines they throw in, such a nice little extra that shows they appreciate their customers. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I received.

I gotta say, I've been a faithful customer of yours for a while now, but I'm really disappointed with the recent changes to how VIP credits work. It used to be easy peasy to just deduct them from my total purchase, but now I have to apply them to specific items, which is just making things way more complicated than they need to be. This switch has definitely made shopping with you less enjoyable, 'cause using my credits feels like a chore now. Honestly, I'm thinking about closing my account just to get rid of the credits I've got left.
