Returns & RefundsI've been waiting for my refund since 2020, eh. I've tried so many times to follow up and give all the info they need, even chatting with customer service folks. But still no refund. It's taking so long that the payment method I used isn't even good anymore. It's just getting more and more frustrating, ya know?
