I gotta say, I was totally impressed by the customer service I got when I went to the store recently. The staff there were so nice and helpful, and they really went out of their way to help me find the perfect pair of boots for my sister. I even mentioned the website to my sis, and now she's eager to check it out for herself. The boots I picked out were exactly her style, and I have a feeling she'll be placing an order pretty soon. Props to Mr. Alejandro, he really stood out to me with his amazing customer service skills. He's definitely a shining example of what great customer service looks like.
